My daughter and her kids were supposed to fly in today from Cleveland. My SIL is already here working with the Cleveland Indians for a week. Sarah and the kids and SIl planned to stay another week. HER FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED (damnit) and they won't be here until tomorrow and then much later than they would have been here today.
I had planned a barbecue tonight and tempura the following nite. Now I think I had better cook the tempura tomorrow as I have fish, shrimp, scallops in the fridg. I need suggestions on side dishes. I am thinking some kind of rice pilaf and an orange and onion salad.
