I booked one night at the Hard Rock Hotel but didnt keep the confirmation email - I printed it so Gavin wouldnt see it as it was supposed to be a suprise - Anyway, I lost it and cant find anywhere on the Universal or Loews website to trace a reservation. I need to find it to double check the info as I tend to get carried away and book things for the wrong day or year!
Anybody able to help me with tracing a reservation?

just a thought, what about emailing them your details and explaining that you have lost the confirmation email that you printed.
