Help???

Does anyone have any ideas on making Mom and Dad show up a little better. I'm using photoshop and I don't know how to outline the letters. BTW this was a design by okwoodsmith. Thanks.

I just played with it and came up with this

I'm by no means an expert but, at first glance, it looks like you either need to move the 'Mom' and 'Dad' so they are over the blue stripes or perhaps change the blue stars to white and do the lettering in blue?

Just a couple of suggestions.

I just played with it and came up with this
