A little background--last summer i was the lead teacher for a summer camp at the day care center that i work with..i had a class of 6-10 year olds...My boss told me to write down any concerns i had about last year so that we could address them this year...I need help wording one of my concerns so that it doesnt sound horrible..any help??
We had a "helper" come and help us in the mornings--she was 14 years old and her younger brother was a part of our class..I basically feel she did not do anything,n as she was on her cell phone or just sitting around most of the time. I want to mention, in one of my concerns, how i dont think that we need this helper as it was more of a hassel than anything....We had to keep track of her on trips and if we asked her for help, she argued with us...So i am trying to think of a nice way to say in my letter that i would rather us not have these helpers and just stick with children in the age range we are workign with..
thanks if you guys can help!
