Help with visa waiver form.

I understand you need to put full address of where your staying including zip code on the form, we're staying at por riverside. However there is limited space to do this on the form. Any ideas. Thank you.
I can not remember what I wrote last time.

In over 20 trips to US I have never used a Zip code.
Just checked, no you don't use Zip code http://www.path2usa.com/immigration/resources/sample/I-94w_form.pdf

one thing that has always bothered me when filling in the form is that you cant get the whole word MANCHESTER on the departure city section, i always leave the R off and am worried that an official will send me back to do it again, is the airport code acceptable.

I have'nt been since 2004+don't remember what i wrote(all i do know is we had to write the forms all over again).Where it says Family Name-what would i put?,me+our dd's have the same last double barrelled name(i kept my fathers name+added dh's surname to the end of it)Dh has just his own surname.Do i put me+the girls as double barrelled+dh as his own-or do we all have to be the same on that form ?.Sorry if i have confused the heck out of .x.

I suppose it has to match your passports so whatever you have got on them I would think! You and DD's could go through first and let DH follow up the rear!!!!

I have a fairly long double-barrelled surname and have never encountered any problems.

In fact, I just checked the I-94W form and there are 21 spaces for each letter (and hyphen) of your surname.
