Help with via Napoli menu

going to go here for a late lunch question?
What would be a good choice for someone who can not have the red sauce and no salt.
Do they have spa? That I could get plain and with oil?

Plenty of pizza made without red sauce. White pizza and No Sauce (broccolini) pizza are on Via Napoli menu.

You'll know, can you eat cheese or is this too salty?

The no salt restriction may need you to make a dietary inquiry that brings a chef to your table.

I'd imagine all can be made plain, though I've never had the need to try.

I love the carciofi pizza, but I imagine all of the artichokes and cheese are high in sodium.
