Okay,

I have two 2day/both park tickets that have one day left on them that my husband and I are planning to use in December.

I have two 2day/both park tickets that have never been used that my two kids are going to use.

My question is this:

If we go on Saturday, and then suddenly decide to go again on Sunday since we still have FOTL by staying at HRH for the first time, my husband and I will no longer have a ticket for both parks but the kids are covered. Where is the cheapest place near HRH I could buy another pass for two adults to visit both parks in one day? I am happy to drive to the outlet or anywhere if it would save a lot or should I just suck it up and buy it at the front gate? I have an Entertainment card and Fan card and AAA card and that is it.

Any suggestions?

Upon arriving at the park the first day, I would go to Guest Services and ask them if you could upgrade your expiring passes to include the day that your kids will be able to go to the parks. They may only charge the difference between the cost of your two day pass and the current price of the three day pass.

When we were there in August, we upgraded our length of stay (LOS) pass to an annual pass and only paid the difference between the price we paid for the LOS and the current price of the AP. The lady at the desk even gave us a Burger King certificate which gave us two years for the price of one! The way it worked out for my family of three is that we now have 2 year passes to IOA/US for less than the price we would have paid for a single day/one park admission!

On another occasion, we stayed at HRH but had only a three day pass instead of LOS. We decided to stay an extra night. Guest Services ended up giving us each a 7 day pass for no charge!

The moral of the story is...GO TO GUEST SERVICES. They will do right by you.

WOW, I will defintely try that. If I could upgrade for only the price difference, they will happily get my food/souvenir dollars for two days in a row :)
