help with the DING

OK here we go again. My DING isn't working again. I keep getting commun error, connect to eht internet . I am connected. I can't connect to SW. I already uninstalled and re installed with no change.
Anyone else having problems. help

I get the same errors once in a while. If you can connect to anywhere else then the problem is not you, it's SWA.

If your showing "communication error....all you have to do is the following..


...at the bottom of your page(toolbar) ...put your mouse over the Southwest icon(wing)......then right click......then click on "connect now"....

It should connect in a few seconds for you....

I have tried this with the right click and it still won't connect, what now?
