Help with Split Stay day

Hi, in April we will be staying in 2 rooms at POFQ before transferring to POP. Check out day from POFQ will be spent at TL and we have a car. No problem until DNiece (21) decided she was opting out of TL because she doesn't feel comfortable in a swimsuit.

Now I'm in a quandry about what she does. Really don't want to change TL to another day since ADRs already made for whole trip. Late check out if we can get it only helps somewhat. Hotels are sold out so can't extend POFQ or check in earlier to POP. She just wants to sleep in and maybe do homework (HA!) and meet up with us later.

Any ideas??? TIA!

Well she will have to be out of bed by checkout time. After that I would say she can do whatever she wants to untill she chooses to meet up with you. I would asume you have cell phones and she is more then old enough to use the Disney transportation When we did a hotel swap i loved that Disney took care of our luggage. Hope you have a great trip.
