Help with Split Stay at Pop and AKL

I have a friend who is going in June and would like to know the ins and outs of having Disney move their luggage, etc.

Can someone help or direct me to a thread that has some help?

We switched from ASM to AKL last year. It was hassle free. The day before you are switching tell your hotel guest services. They will find out what time you want your luggage picked up. A CM comes to your room at the time you requested, they gather up your luggage, and bus it to AKL. Whenever you go check in at AKL just tell the front desk your luggage was delivered, they get it and bring it to your room. Stress free, great service!
