Help with selftrade

having a problem getting this account set up. I did all the bits it wanted me to do then got to the page about an authorisation form. But I didn't notice an account name/ PIN or anything to tell me how to log in.

Should I have an email from selftrade? wondering if it didnt go thru

I can't really offer any advice, when I set up my selftrade account I went through the log-in and setting passwords etc as part of the registration of the account (ie in one of the 5 pages you go through to set up the account).

I think you would need to contact selftrade, if you haven't got an account number and a password

you may not have got a account no and pin , as i never got one
they have to send out the forms to be signed , and to be returned with a bank statement as they cannot verify me as i live in a house with a name not a number lol

and i also live on an offshore island

But wouldn't it tell you that on the selftrade site when you're attempting to register an account?
