I think I'm doing something wrong. I downloaded the software. I installed it. I picked my park and day. I picked the attractions I wanted and clicked 'add'. The I clicked 'Make My Plan'. A small window popped up saying 'Minimizing Wait Time'. I watched the counter bar fill up across, and then the 'Minimizing Wait Time' window disappeared. And then... nothing. No plan, no new window, couldn't find a file, nothing?

Where's my plan? Why am I so dense that I can't find it? (You don't have to answer the second question... sigh...)

I think when I used it, it opened up an Internet Explorer window after it did that, but I don't remember if it activated the other window or not... You can also give the online version a whirl, as it may work better for you.

Good luck!

Hmmm... IE is not opening up. I actually have Firefox already open, but there's no new window.

I tried the online version, and I finally got access to a PC and I wanted to see if the downloaded version was any better. I've tried this every way I can think of, but still, nothing happens after the 'Minimizing Wait Times' box is done.

Email Ridemax. Their customer service is friendly and they will be able to help you out.

Hmmm...that is weird. It always opens up a new window in IE when I make a plan. So if you are in Firefox or Chrome, you might not see it at first. Sorry you are having trouble. Definitely email Ridemax if you can't get it to work. :thumbsup2

I'm a Firefox girl, too; however, I remember it had to use IE. I would contact their support, as what is happening (or not happening) for you is not typical.

Thanks for the advice! I contacted Ridemax, and they said that sometimes this happens, based on how your internet access is configured. They gave me instructions on how to find the html file with the touring plan in it, and this worked for me. I was able to copy the touring plan file and rename it. Once I did that, it was saved and I could open it in any browser (not just IE).
