I know this has been asked a millions times...but bear with this confused American.
Just want to confirm that I can book with any countries quoted price on the DLP website. I am happy with the price that the French site is giving me for a stay at the DH in June and don't want to lose it. So I can book it now and if a better sale comes up later I can look for and upgrade or meal voucher? And should I book through website or call. I thought I read that one pays the balance later than the other. Though this is too important. Or is it harder to upgrade if you have already paid in full? Just want to start finalizing our plans for our Paris trip!
