Two years ago I got a recipe out of Woman's World magazine it was an Overnight French Toast recipe for Christmas morning. I have found lots on the internet but can't find one like that one.

It called for cream cheese and spices (maybe just cinnamon) and all the regular french toast ingredients, I remember that you spread your bread with the cream cheese and spices then cover it will egg mixture.

If anyone knows this recipe or something like it could you please let me know.

Sorry I don't have more details.

Thanks,
Tricia

Rich and yummy baked French toast with blueberries and cream cheese. Tastes great served with blueberry syrup.
Servings: 8

Ingredients:
12 slices day-old bread, cubed
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, diced
1 cup blueberries, rinsed and drained
12 eggs
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 cups milk

Directions:
1. Place half of the bread cubes into a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Scatter cream cheese over bread; sprinkle with blueberries. Place remaining bread cubes over the blueberries.
2. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, maple syrup and milk. Pour egg mixture over bread cubes. Cover pan with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.
3. The next morning, preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
4. Bake, covered, for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown. Serve warm.

Here's another:

4 lg. Eggs
1 C Milk
1/4 C Cream
1/2 t. Vanilla
1/2 C Maple Syrup
1 t Cinnamon
1/4 C Sugar

Add eggs, 1 at a time, mix till creamy.

OOOOOO I think I will have to try Pumba's! Grover sent me some wonderful blueberry syrup! SOunds perfect!

Thank you guys sooo much. My DH really liked this dish, so I thought I would try to make it again. Also it is so easy to have it ready in the fridge and just pop in the oven Christmas morning. Pumba your sounds sooo good, unfortunately DH won't like the blueberries (what do men know anyways :p )

Now I just have to decide what to make with it. Thanks again for your help.

Here are a variety of more....not all with cream cheese and not all overnight, but they sure sound good!
