I think the most important thing is to first decide what restaurants you want to visit. Then, try and match the restaurants you've chosen with your daily park plans.

I think the best way to handle EMH is to frequent those parks during the EMH, but park hop out to another park after a few hours when the park starts to fill up. We have done this for years, and it invariably works! For the parks with evening EMH, stay away from them until just before EMH starts.

This strategy can help by hopping out of a busy EMH park to another park or different area of WDW where you have booked a PS at the restaurant of your choice.

Don't feel overwhelmed--don't allow yourself stress out. Remember, its not a task or a chore, its the most wonderful vacation on the planet!!!

Develop an idea of what parks you will visit on what day. Study the menus on allearsnet.com. Think about when a sit down meal would best fit into your day. Then make your PS.

Also, check the hours that the restaurants are available. On May 11th, the latest I could get for LTT was 5:50 when I wanted 6:30. Some of the restaurants are doing funky things. ::MickeyMo ::MinnieMo

I agree about checking the restaurant hours. I am going May 22 - 29 and although the MK is open 9 am - 10 pm the lastest I could get at Crystal Palace for dinner was 5:05 and 5:00 at Liberty Tree. I think I will call back 30 -45 days out and see if they have extended the hours any.

Exactly! That happened to me too for May 11th. Once I was in MGM a few years ago and by the time we were done with things that we wanted to do, there weren't any restaurants open! How stupid is that? It wasn't even close to park closing time either. ::MickeyMo ::MinnieMo
