Help with Priority Seatings

I need help concerning PS's. I had all my PS's made before the change in Extra Magic Hour took place. Since that has happened, I cancelled all but Chef Mickey's and CRT. We will be there the week of Feb 5-12, party of 3. Do you really think I will need to have PS's during that time? I don't like waiting a long period of time to eat but I also don't want to be tied down to PS's when I don't really know where we will be on certain days. Any suggestions?

We made PS's for dinner during our stay 2 weeks ago. Even though it was a slow period, I was glad we did this. If we hadn't at O'hana's, we would have never made it in (as it was we had a long wait). Our PS at Rose and Crown helped too. If you really care about eating at some favorite places and are concerned about time and scheduling, I'd try to make some in advance. Then if you change your schedule, canceling is only a quick call.

I would not skip on making PS's it will be the difference of eating where you want to being stuck at the last minute. Better to be prepared than not have a plan!
