Help with placing a ticker/countdown

Can someone help me figure out how to add my ticker to my profile/info/signature...or wherever I have to place it to get it into my information? I went onto MousePath.com and did them. they sent them to my e-mail. I can open them but there are no instructions on how to get them where I want them to go. I am not great with computers and I learn as I go. I really need some help with this. Thank you!

In the Control Panel, under Settings & Options, click on "Edit Signature". Cut and paste the BBCode or UBBCode code snippet to include your new ticker on your forum posts. You MUST copy and paste the whole code. The snippet starts with: .

I use the ones from magicalkingdoms.com. Their website explains how to copy it to your signature.
