I just received the up to 35% pin offer. when I click on the link it says the information is not correct. how do I fix this?

Are you perhaps entering your info wrong when it asks for name and zip code? I did. When I first signed up on the website I hyphenated my last name and forgot! Or perhaps the zipcode changed if you moved?
