Help with photo pass cd and iPhoto on mac

OK so I am not feeling very intelligent these days. I just got my photo pass cps back and I have put them into my computer and can not get them out of the preview page over to IPHOTO. It is making me crazy.

Can someone please give me step by step. Before I throw the whole computer in the garbage

I never got a photopass CD but if its like a typical photo CD do this.
Close preview and then open Iphoto.
From the Iphoto menu choose "File". From the drop down menu select "Import to library"
Then find your CD, then find the folder that has your photos that you want to import.
