Hmmm. They work on my end. I had a few people I know test it from their computers. One of them said she thinks excel is required to view them.

That worked. I'll say, however, that you should warn folks that they have to download a spreadsheet document. Many people wouldn't want to do that.

Sheri - Looks pretty good to me. I think you've done a good job of estimating costs. I know a 1/2 hour boat rental is $23 - just did it last month (one of the water mouse boats). On your food budget I think some of your numbers are a bit high but always better to overestimate. My family tends to come in very low on food spending because we share a lot of meals and drink mostly tap water. But your numbers should be good for each person having their own meal and beverage.

Steve - I did try to overestimate costs. We don't each that much and esp. at the counter service places will likely share meals.

I'm not that computer savey either I guess, what has to happen is the link needs to be cut and pasted into your browser and it will automatically download an excel file?

I'm not sure because on my end I can just click the links but that could be because the parent file is on my computer.
