I have been going back and forth about this for a couple of days now. We are going to be staying at the Poly from Oct 1st (Sunday) to Oct 8th (Sunday) this year. I will have a 4.5 yo and a 2yo. I am trying to decide whether it would be worth it to come in a day early on Sat, Sept 30th. I am not sure whether 6 days is enough for the parks. I am also not sure whether there are certain advantages come into play coming on Sat instead of Sun.

This is where you Disney brainiacs come in.

As many days as you want to spend are enough for the parks, provided you go in with the right attitude.

By that, I mean, don't go in thinking that you are going to see and do everything in 5 days, because you're not. You're not going to see and do everything in 6 days either.

The more days you're there, the more time you have to be a bit more relaxed in your pace, and have a better chance of seeing and doing those things which are important to your family.

There's nothing that makes me sadder than to see a family touring, with the kids over-tired and crying and cranky because they are being pushed beyond their physical or emotional limits. No one is enjoying that vacation...not the kids or the parents.

In my book, and extra day, especially a Saturday, with no extra vacation days would be "worth it." If nothing else, it's an extra day for the kids to get settled into some sort of Disney routine.

Last year we went for four days -it was crazy! THe more days the better-so much to see & do. Good Luck
