I'm going to have a mickey minnie birthday party for my daughter and looking to probably have it at our local park.. any idea what I should serve? About 15 kids ages from 1-12 and 30 adults. I thought maybe mickey shaped sandwiches but can't do peanut butter and jelly..

Please help

If you have the large mickey cookie cutter you could cut any type of sandwich into that shape--I would say cheese spread would be the most mouse appropriate ingredient :)
My favorite way to serve sandwiches for a crowd is to serve wraps or footlong subs that I can make ahead and in different flavors to suit everyone.
Maybe serve a pasta salad made with bow shaped pasta--ala minnie.;)
