Help with MDE and making FP+ for group....

Appears FP+ system doesn't work as I thought it would.

We are a group of 5 and started out by picking all 5 from our group and getting the three FP selections for the day. Two in the group don't want to do rides - so I thought I would go back in and change their experience to something else. Appears I can't do that without changing all of the reservations.

I then cancelled the experiences they don't want and assumed I could add a new one. But, the system tells me the ones I want to keep with also be changed. I'm nervous that the times won't match for the group.

Example for studios:
All 5 have fantasmic - want to keep
All 5 have frozen sing along - want to keep
All 5 have Tower of Terror. One 3 want to do. Trying to get the other 2 only to a different experience.

Am I doing something wrong? If not....any suggestions on how I should start for the next day I work on?

There should be a select all option for all the people in your party. It could be that the option is selected and that's why when you cancel it says to cancel all.... I didn't have any trouble with it. Or maybe they were added as a group so they have to be modified as a group, I hope it's not the later.

The app and site work differently. Try the other one.

YES...that did it. Mobile app allowed me to just make changes for a particular person. All set. Thanks for the scoop!
