HELP...With Kiosk Issue Please

Hi guys

I have a problem here with my kiosk. After my last quest I cleared out all prizes or so I thought. Now I want to start another quest and there are prizes in there that will not come out even when hitting clear all prizes.

Any ideas outside turning it upsidedown and shaking it?

Don't know if this clears all prizes or not, but you could try putting the Kiosk back in your inventory, then taking it back out. Good luck.

the same thing happened when i tried to empty my room just pick up the kiosk enter the room again and try to clear them again hope this works

Ok I want my money back. I tried picking it up, and re entering the room, even tried throwing it out the window nothing works.

How about this, just set the Kiosk for 1 task, run 1 mule through several times to collect the prizes, then trade them back to your main character. I know i'm reaching now.

hmm i redid mine yesterday with no problems...ok maybe it really is defective! In my case I removed each prize individually and then reset the prizes and had no problem??

Seems bugs appeared in the kiosks this week.

1- When I do a quest and win a prize, if I am not logged on when the quest ends, I get the prize but no notification teeling me I won something.

2- When time runs on the quest while I am doing it, I am not notified. I successfully do the task but it will not go to the next task.

I hope they will correct this, it is annoying not to know what prize you get and what rank you ended up.

I feel your pain Rob...after putting together my quest, I had issues with EVERYTHING it seems. First, I needed a room title and a description...I was baffled because I had both a room title and a description. Somehow, I figured it out. Then, I needed to change something in the description, but it wouldn't let me. As I was trying to put in prizes, I couldn't tell how many I had of each item. It told me I had several of the older cowboy hats, multiple pairs of cowboy pants, multiple sparrow pieces, and I'm thinking...if I have all of these items, where are they??? It really made it frustrating doing prizes!
