Help with Kidani Room Request??

Not sure what I am doing. We are staying as DVC members for the first time. I have read on here about requesting rooms before you go?? Can someone help me on this? We leave on Saturday. It will be us in a 1 bd Savannah View and then my sister in a 2 bdrm Standard View... I want the rooms to be as close as we can to each other. And of course.. I would like to be as close as we can to the bus stops.. ( I have no clue of the layout)

I would just put down that. Call MS and say "Please make note that this reservation and that one are traveling together so we would like to be near each other. We would also like to request close to the bus".
