help with i pod accessories

hi all,
my cousin is getting the i pod,the one that also plays movies for x-mas.shhh he does'nt know yet his parents are buying it for him.so are there any things that i can buy him for x-mas that goes along with the i pod?i honestly have no clue about these things.I'm sure the i pod has other accessories, but i have no clue about this thing.so help me here folks,if say your parents were buying you the I pod that also plays movies,would you need or want anything to go with it?

You could get a case for it or maybe a gift card for iTunes. I'm not familiar with those things either, though.

Now it depends on the person, but you may want to get an fm adapter for the car. I bought DH one last year and it was his favorite gift. It is a Belkin and it pops into the charger and has a cradle to hold the IPOD.

DH refuses to get me one, he is afraid that I will wreck the car by fiddling with it...and he is kinda right (which is why I will not buy it myself)

Definitely a car adapter, I don't know what I would do without it. There are also protective covers (these guys scratch easily), docks for their computer, arm bands so you can work out with it, and of course itunes gift cards. Good luck!

An iskin or a case. I like the iskins because its rubbery and makes it less slippery. Either way it helps it from getting dirty and scratched up too much.

You should ask what type/size hes getting so you can buy the right one. Also make sure he opens it AFTER he opens the ipod... makes more sence that way

While I agree with everyones suggestions (I think a case is must), I would also recommend a different pair of headphones/earphones, because imo the apple ones that come with it aren't that comfortable.

I recommend a case to protect it. A good pair of headphones. The ones they come with are horrible. Does it come with the AC charger? If not, that would be good. A docking station (if not coming with it either).
