Help with house location close to IoA

Hi guys,

We're looking at a large house for next year in Grace Road. Thats about half mile west of Universal and close to the large parking lot on the west side of Universal. Anyone know what this Grace Road area/community is called ? We want to see what other similar properties are available.

Also is there any access or parking from the North West side or is that large carpark employees only ?

I believe that area is the Lake Cain Hills area but not sure. Grace Road also is very close to Lake Marsha. It's a nice area...most of it anyway. The zip code is 32819 if you want to do a property search by zip codes. From Turkey Lake Road, there is no public access to parking on the Universal property...just staff.
