Help with HA Room at BWV

Hello,

I just made my first reservation as a DVC member! Yay for me.

My question is about the HA room that I requested. The reservation info lists "Hearing accessible - visual alarms and notifications. 1 queen bed, 1 double sleeper sofa."

Is this room also wheelchair accessible? I requested a wheelchair accessible room due to my wife being wheelchair bound and I just want to double check.

Accessible, yes. But, it does not appear to have a roll-in shower if you need that. The two accessible options are (selected by a drop down list):

Wheelchair Accessible with Roll-In Shower/Option for Hearing Accessibility/1 Queen Bed, 1 Double Sleeper Sofa

Hearing Accessible with Visual Alarms and Notifications/1 Queen Bed, 1 Double Sleeper Sofa

Both accessible types have the following:

This room is equipped with:

• Wheelchair accessible route in room
• Grab bars at toilet and in shower

Optional communication features, for Guests with Hearing Disabilities, include:

• Visual alarm
• Visual door knock/door bell alert
• Visual telephone call alert
• Telephone with volume control
• Electrical outlet near telephone jack
• TTY equipment available upon request at check-in

If it's available online just cancel and rebook. If it's not that means it's not available currently.
