Help with Gyft.com card

I've been buying some gift cards with my Chase Ink card, but this is not a question about rewards. A lot of my shopping is done on Amazon and at Whole Foods, and my local Staples rarely has these GCs.

So I bought a WF card from ABCGiftcards (card cash), and one from gyft.com using paypal. This was about two weeks ago. Went to WF today and neither card worked. Already wrote to both websites. The ABC one doesn't even read, and my $150 card from Gyft.com shows $0 at the store.

I got the Gyft.com one emailed to me, but when I downloaded the App on my iPhone and signed in, my purchased gift cards just showed up. That barcode is what I tried to pay with. Did I do it wrong?

I don't expect to hear back from either website this weekend, so thought somebody could tell me if it is user error. TIA!

Gyft.com shouldnt give u any issues since its sold by gyft.com. is this the first time you using gyft? Did they ever message u to send them your DL? Does your balance check out with gyft.com?
there might be a chance that ABCgiftcards might be sold by a 3rd party.

DL = driver's license? No. I'm not really worried about it, but seems like it should work. I bought an Amazon GC from gift.com, and that loaded up online just fine. Seems to be a problem with using at the store.
