Help with Fax room request at BC

I will be in WDW on August 9th, and I am wondering how should I handle my room request fax to the Beach Club?? Do I write a quick letter, a list, or what?? To whom do I send it, and do I need a cover page? I never fax anything! I am not too picky, but there are a few things I would really like...non-smoking, a lake view (I have a WV room), upper floor. What is your experience with requesting certain room numbers???

Any help would be great. BTW, what is the fax number there??

There is another link at the bottom of Deb's page that gives all the fax numbers for each resort.

I wrote a 1 paragraph note, no cover page. I added a couple of Disney clip-art items to it. I ended by wishing the reader a "Tigger-rific" day.

List your requests in PRIORITY order -- what is most important first, and so on. They may not be able to fulfill every request, so decide what is an absolute must. You can ask for a specific room number, but don't be disappointed if you don't get it. My preference is to take the luck of the draw and I've never been disappointed yet.
