Help with fares NYC to MCO?

Can anyone give me a ballpark idea on what to expect for airfare from NYC (LGA or Kennedy) to Orlando? Our past several trips have been with Frequent Flyer Miles, so I'm out of the loop! We are travelling the first week in Nov.

I saw some ranges of fares on JetBlue that were $ 250 and up roundtrip, and thought those sounded high?

$250 sounds average. What are your dates?

They are all about the same - $230 - $250 R/T and likely to go higher b/c of fuel costs going up.

In 1982 the price was about the same (it was about $119-$129 each way) so considering inflation and fuel costs it is no wonder airlines are almost bankrupt.

We are talking about averages and you might find a lower fare depending on travel dates, day of week and time of day you are traveling, alternative airports (Tampa instead of Orlando), or perhaps a multiple stop flight.

I would watch Delta from either airport. I think I paid $180 out of JFK for August, but I booked quite awhile ago. I have a Sunday return, and that can cost more.
