Help with family Disney trip!!

We are going 4th of July week next year. My husband and I are staying with our daughter for 6 nights/7 days and his brother is coming with his wife and their (then) 2.5 year old daughter for 4 nights/5 days. They are getting 3 day park hoppers (we are staying at BWI).

My daughter will be 7 - this is will be our 5th time at Disney as a family but my brother in law and sister in law’s first. I want to make sure their trip is good.

I remember reading to go to MK on the 3rd for fireworks and Epcot on the 4th. But since we have park hoppers should we start at a different park and then hop over at night? Should we do animal kingdom and Hollywood studios as half day parks? I’m not sure what their daughter can ride but I know magic kingdom for sure for her.

We plan to go to the waterpark after they leave. If both are open what’s better Blizzard Beach or typhoon lagoon?

Who knows what will be open or what the G+/LL situation will be in a year.

BW is fun with hoppers, because you can close out the night with Epcot fireworks, no matter where you started.

Definitely get park reservations for the park you want to see fireworks at for July 3-4 . You may not be able to get in later by park hopping .
