help with extremely picky eater

OK, here is my dilemna.
I'm planning my first trip together with the most awesome man....except he is extremely picky. We've both been to wdw many times but he's always stayed offsite and I've always stayed on. I would really love to show him some nice places to eat at wdw. I love to try many new things and he is extremely picky. Doesn't like seafood, doesn't like chinese or mexican, forget about sushi. What are some good restaurants to bring him to that we can both enjoy. Looking for some nicer sitdown meals and also some casual.

Not California Grill. I thought the food was great, but a little on the adventurous side.

I've to go with the Yacht Club Galley. The menu is versatile; the service is excellent; there's a comfortable atmosphere; and it's very reasonably priced.

Rose and Crown, Le Cellier......go to www.allearsnet.com and read the menus! If you read the description.....not just the title, you will find there is some very basic food - with fancy names!
Concourse Steak house, House of Blues, Cinderella's (not breakfast), Brown Derby.............I'm trying to think!

Our all time favorite restaurant at WDW is Le Cellier, so I would suggest that one, if he likes steak.

There is also Chefs Le France if he likes pasta. For a more "homey" meal there is 50s' Prime Time, but he may not like the atmosphere!! LOL!

For a more causal meal there is always Beaches and Cream at the Beach Club.

You also might think of the restaurants that have buffets, that way he can pick and choose, and see it first!

I think we may do ...cinderellas for dinner....kinda romantic being in the castle and all but some very basic food choices
Le Cellier is also a definite. I know he enjoys a good steak.
It's so hard trying to figure out where to eat...my favorite restaurants are all a bit too adventurous for him.
So please !!! keep the ideas coming
