Help with driving times and distances

We're headed to WDW at the end of January 2013. I'm in charge of getting us up and ready for the parks. I wanted to figure out what time I should be waking up DH and DS in the mornings.

Please help me figure out approx. driving times for trips to and from AoA to:

- MCO using route 417

PARKS:
- EPCOT-plan to arrive before rope drop during EMH 8:00 am

- DHS - plan to arrive before rope drop at regular opening 9:00 am

- AK - plan to arrive before rope drop during EMH 8:00 am

- MK - Bus - plan to arrive before rope drop during EMH 8:00 am

ADRs:

- Boardwalk

- Animal Kingdom Lodge
