Help with DME

Okay, so I planned a trip forever ago for some of my family and it starts next Saturday. Now my sister has decided to join us at the last minute (doesn't it always work out that way?) and she's flying. The rest of us are driving so I haven't bothered to learn anything about DME. I called earlier to add her to the reservation and they were enhancing their system and I have to call back to change the ressie in the morning. Anyway, is it too late to work it out for her to take the Magical Express from the airport to join the rest of us at POR? And how does that work anyway, are they constantly running buses from the airport to hotels? What information will I need about her flight when I call them and can I make the DME reservations with the same person who changes the package reservation? I thought I'd researched every aspect of Disney but we never fly so this one is beyond me! Thanks in advance for any help!

Okay, another question. I think her flight is to Orlando Sanford International. Does that even make sense? Is that the airport that DME runs to and from?

There is Orlando International Airport, or MCO as most of us call it. The second is Orlando Sanford International Airport, or Sanford Airport.
ME runs from MCO only, it does not go to Sanford. If your sisters flight arrives in Sanford she can not use ME.
If her flight arrives in MCO she can use ME as long as she is listed on your reservation. When you call to add her to the reservation, ask then if you can add her to ME, you may have to contact ME directly. Generally they ask for your arriving and departing flight information.

You definitely need to find out what airport she is flying into. If it is Sanford, she will not be able to take ME. She will need to hire a towncar or rent a car.
