Help With Dinner Plans Before MVMCP on 12/09

My DW, DS (12) and DS (9) are trying to decide between these 3 resturants before going to MVMCP - Whispering Canyon Cafe, Chef Mickeys or Crystal Place. Any opinions? Also, if we do a 5:00 PS at CP do we need a ticket to get into the park or can we use our MVMCP ticket? Thanks for the help.

The way I understand it (from the helpful people on these boards), you do not need a separate ticket to get to your 5:00 PS in the Magic Kingdom prior to MVMCP. They have indicated that in prior years people were let into the park around 4:00.

I have also read that it is better to already be in the park when the party begins at 7:00!!

We are going to MVMCP on 12/11 and have a PS for LTT at 5:15.
