My neice is having a baby shower next month. Everyone is bringing something to eat, as she just rented the hall with no food service.
I need to bring some kind of dessert. The kicker-there will be 100-110 guests! :scared1:
Any suggestions for what I can make? I don't need exactly 100 of anything, just a LOT of something.
Thanks!

Cupcakes or cookies. Or brownie bites (brownies made in mini muffin tins). With 100-110 guests it would be easiest if it's something that doesn't have to be "served" and can just be grabbed.

If everyone is bringing something, be careful of your numbers because if everyone brought enough food for even 10 people you would be able to feed 1000 people. So if everyone is bringing something, just bring a regular size dessert. Maybe something easy for serving such as cupcakes, cookies or brownies.

If only a few relatives are basically doing all the food prep for all the guests then you could still do something like a double batch of cookies.

A really, really easy dessert, though it doesn't belong on the budget boards are frozen cream puffs. You can get a large container of 72 (I think) at BJ's or Costco's. Or a couple of containers in a regular supermarket. Serve them with a chocolate ganache for dipping arranged on a platter and it's quick and easy.

Something like fresh fruit and dip or fruit kabobs is always nice. I made a watermelon basket with fruit for a shower last fall and it went over very well.

How about a chocolate fountain? They are always a hit with my family and you can get fruit to go with it.

I would do two or three pans of brownies! You can put M&Ms or nuts on top to dress them up a bit.
