help with design

Hi all you creative people!
I have a design from summer 2005 and I don't even remember who did it for us. We didn't get to use it that summer and would like to us it this summer. Is there anyone who can change the 2005 to 2007 for me? Thanks so much and I'm so sorry I don't remember the original designer.

I also have the blank one if that would be easier.

They are in jpeg format on my computer. Is there a way to send that? I have very little computer knowledge, but I think the jpegs are bigger and easier to print if I remember correctly. Thanks so much.
