Help with days and parks

We are going in a Halloween. Too late for the parks. I will hope Disney Spring has something fun at night. Does anyone know?

So I will be doing parks Sun- Thur. Which park should I hit on Sunday??

Also, if you can pick a park to do twice which would it be?? We are two adults.

DS has not had anything special for Halloween in years and I don't expect them doing anything this year other than a DJ on the mainstage
