I am thinking of switching our vacation to the first week of April for my kids spring break. My question is can I use a combo of the two public offers that are out. My thinking is using the Kids play free for the first four days or what ever the minimum is, but buying 8 day tixs with that pkg and then doing the next four days with the room only offer, is that doable, will they allow me to buy the extra days on the kids play free offer? tia

If they would let you add extra days, I would guess they will charge you like a 4 day ticket (not like the price for days 5-8). So if that's the case, why wouldn't you just purchase separate tickets anyway and you could buy them through a reseller and save a few bucks?

But I am just guessing at that regarding paying for extra days.

Why wouldn't you use the kids play free offer for the whole time anyway? I guess because you're saying it's cheaper to use the room discount for the later days?

OOH! I don't know the answer, but sounds like a smart idea! I might crunch some numbers with this one! I never considered the kids play free offer for us, since 1 of mine is a Disney adult.

Actually, even if they don't let you get the eight day ticket, you could upgrade it yourself. I think the cost of that is only a few bucks anyway.

Duh! Why didn't I think of that -- that's the right answer. Must have had tunnel vision! OP -yes, just get the 4 day ticket and upgrade it after you get there, then it will only cost $5/additional day. Don't mess around with doing it in advance.

With the kids play/stay free, my kids tickets are totally free, well at least for the time we are staying under the code. The price for the 8 day tixs with a 4 day stay with the kids play free code is 1021.54 at Pop. The remaining days with the room only 20% off is $617 for a grand total of $1638. The 8 days strictly on the on kids stay and play is $1886 so its a savings of $248! I guess I should have worded my question different, what I am asking is will they allow me to buy more days tixs than we are staying for the kids and play offer? The website appears to allow it, but, when I call I dont know if they will allow it.

see thats part of what I am worried about, I didnt know if the tixs would be upgradeable or not...I guess I should just bite the bullet and call, will let you all know!

oh for number crunching purposes, rack rate with tixs is $2240.42!

The ticket are just MYW tickets and are upgradeable.

Just to let anyone interested in knowing, yes, you can purchase more days on MYW than your ressie, only the portion of the days you stay will be free for the kids tixs ( which I assumed) Ressies are book and we are now ready for our very first April trip!
