Hi all,

We have already passed ROFR, so is there any way we can speed up the closing process? We were told 2-3 weeks, so we were wondering if the mail transit time could be cut down or eliminated all together by fax or E-Mail.

Thanks in advance,

Super.

Probably not. And 2-3 weeks would still be really fast. Both times I purchased resale I passes ROFR within a week, and closing still took an add'l 5 weeks. Hope yours goes quicker!!!

Congratulations on passing ROFR :cheer2:

We own at OKW too and  it !!!

Don't think final documents can be faxed or emailed on a resale :sad1: ; seem to remember something pertaining to paperwork having actual "in ink" signatures...

2 - 3 weeks after ROFR for final documents to reach you is possible (title search, estopple has to occur) In our resale experience (& number of others who post here too) it took somewhat longer (maybe week and half - two weeks more). Then once all the final paperwork is in at least 5 business days for Disney to put your contract
" in the system ".

Best wishes & Pixie Dust for super quick progress pixiedust:

Unfortunately Disney doesn't put resales at the top of their things to do list. I wouldn't get my hopes up. That way if it takes the usual time you won't be disappointed.
