Yes, I had the same problem so I tried Clorox with bleach toilet bowl cleaner. I covered the whole thing with it. Its jel like so it sticks, and let it sit for about 15 minutes. It really worked. You could see a dramatic difference where I missed a couple of areas. I just redid it. I too tried everything and I like KaBoom. That usually works well on tubs.

Try Mr Clean Eraser sponge. It worked wonders on my tub.

I also like the green clorox gel but mine isn't toilet bowl cleaner. Let it sit for a few minutes and Wah'La!

I am going to buy both! I use those throw away toilet wans cleaners so I dont heppen to ahve any toilet bowl cleaner. Thanks Ya'll!

:thumbsup2
That's what I use on my textured bathtub floor. :)

Those things are amazing!! :upsidedow

They are so amazing they must be radioactive or something. :3dglasses They work so well I don't even want to know what the "magic" refers to.

another fan of the Magic Eraser here! It works magically on our textured bathtub.

We also use Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. I just did it over the weekend. Works like......um.... magic!

Vineager and baking soda. cleans everything! and even if it doesn't work, hey it was cheap.

I have a cheese shaker that I use to sprinkle the powder, then I put vineager in a spray bottle and heavily spritz it (watch out though, it bubbles!) and then let it sit for a while. I come back, and scrub it with a spounge with a scruby pad on the back. I use this for everything from sinks to broil pans to bath tubs and I haven't found a single thing that it won't clean. It's also non-toxic! :)

do you think that would work on bronze and silver?

It might work on bronze, but you're not supposed to use vinegar on silver. It's just acidic enough to pit it.

I like the Magic Eraser, too, but I learned the hard way that you have to be careful with it. The "Magic" is a low level abrasive. Use it often enough and you'll start scrubbing into the finish.

good to know, thanks!

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this but I LOVE the Magic Eraser for the textured tub bottom. Workes wonderful!!
