Help with character breakfast

Okay - here is our situation...We are going on a land/sea trip in July. We start at Disney at the Beach club then head to the boat. On the morning that we head to the boat we will not have a park ticket to use so will need a character breakfast outside the parks. So, I think we leave for the boats around 11 but want to do a b-fast around 8 - 8:30 so we don't have to rush. Two girls love princesses and boy loves Mickey and Goofy. What I am looking for here is WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST for a breakfast? We haven't done any so I have no idea which is the best! Please let me know as I have to do PS this weekend! THANKS!!!

Ive never been to it and I may be wrong...but isnt there a character breakfast right at the beach club?

What about Chef Mickey at the Contemporary resort. They open for breakfast at 7AM.

There is one right at the Beach club - don't know what characters show up or if it is any good, also, any suggestions as to how to get to the other resorts? Disney said to allow 1 1/2 hours by using their buses...could we arrange a cab?

The character breakfast at Cape May Cafe in the Beach Club is as good as any other character meal that Disney offers. The food is good and the characters come around the tables as they do at all the others.
If you want to go outside the Beach Club and want a taxi just walk out the main entrance and you will see a CM at a podium. He/she will direct you to a taxi. Normally they are waiting outside all the Disney resorts. If for some reason there are none available the CM will call to get you one right away.
