Help with Ceremony!!

My brother is our officiant so we have decided to put together our ceremony ourselves. I am confused on the order. I keep finding different information.

I have a greeting first (we are gathered here today...) But it seems long...and the "Who gives this bride/groom..." part is after...which would mean everyone is still standing??

Ours incorporated Buddhist elemensts but unless you knew it you really wouldn't know and it was otherwise secular. Let me know if you are interested. We customized ours and I am happy to email it.
