Snow Flower and the Secret Fan has a lot of good conversation topics, and you can usually find plenty of copies of it at used bookstores and the library.
You have already read some great ones! A book I really liked was The Bonesetters Daughter by Amy Tan. Another is Major Pettigrew's Last Stand.

I haven't read thru all the posts so don't know if this one's been mentioned, but I just finished The Recipe Club, and it was very enjoyable and I could see lots of potential for discussion.
