Help with Blister Prevention

I also have trouble with blisters. I am probably going to repeat what others have already said but I didn't take time to read the whole thread.
1. only wear old worn in shoes
2. moleskin works great
3. I discovered body glide two trips ago and LOVE it
4. Last trip I ran out of body glide so I used rolled on deoderent _WORKED
5. GO and have a great time

I have used this stuff called SLIK STIK.

It has saved me from several blisters. I just keep it in my bag and rub it on if I feel my shoes rubbing. It has saved my feet many times especially in heels.

I was looking for that Blister Block by Band aid and could't find it in the store I was at so I bought the Slik Stik instead...I imagine it works the same.

It look like a little deoderant and you can get it in the foot care aisle in a good health & beauty aid store.

I got my first ever Disney blister on my heel the second day of our trip on my most recent visit. It happened because my sock kept sliding down into my shoe. They were brand new socks that I had not tried on before we left for the trip. Make sure that your socks are big enough and do not get no show ones. That is where I went wrong.

Bodyglide before putting shoes on. (or Blistershield or even deoderant and some say vaseiline)
More than one pair of broken in shoes to switch out each day.
Change socks throughout the day if possible.
Moleskins for a hot spot or a spot that is about to have a blister form.

I LOVE my Teva Pretty Rugged for preventing blisters but they aren't the greatest for heal support if you have Plantar Fasciitis. I need to find a sandal that not only doesn't give me blisters but also gives me heal support.
