Help with August MK afternoon

I am not sure how to plan this afternoon with the least amount of rigamarole.

We are two families traveling together - two couples and three kids ages 2-6.

We will rest in the morning.

12pm - the two moms uber to Grand Floridian for Afternoon Tea (12:05pm)

Sometime after that, the dads and kids bus to MK.

This is what I want to accomplish:

- FoF parade
- Three FP+, TBD, maybe focus in Adventureland/Frontierland/Talking Mickey?
- Dinner at Ohana (reservations at 5:15pm or 6:55pm, not sure which is better for timing)
- MSEP at 9pm
- Wishes at 10pm

Any thoughts on the best flow of the afternoon?

We will be at MK at least two other mornings, but this will be our only opportunity to see the parade and Wishes.

I think doing at 6:55pm dinner might be cutting it too close to MSEP time. There's the chance that you don't get seated on time and then you will have to factor in the length of the meal + travel to MK on top of that. And since it's your only night to see the parade and wishes, I doubt you will want to be crunched for time!
