Help with attaching a pdf

I figured out how to scan the Navigators from our cruise yesterday I am not able to figure out how to put them on a Thread. My profile says I can not do anything with attachments. Could that have something to do with it?
Please help...time sensitive.

No one is ever able to post attachments. I would scan them as a .jpg then upload them to Photobucket and post them that way. You will have to have them on a photo hosting site to put them on the DIS.
