Help with Atlantis Aquaventure Excursion?

Hi, I'm a new member and this is my families first Disney Cruise. I wanted to know if anyone has done the Atlantis Aquaventure Excursion? I read on another site that it was less expensive to book at Comfort Suites next door and get full use of Atlantis Water Parks, etc. Also, how far from dock to Atlantis and what time do we have to be back on board to sail? Any help would be greatly appreciated. PS Will we need to carry our passpots with us?

ARe you sure you are talking about the same thing? does the description of the Atlantis Aquaventure Excursion actually say at the Atlantis resort?

Because there is also an Atlantis submarine adventure that most cruise ships offer as an excursion.
As for using facilities at Atlantis resort you are correct you book a room at the comfort Suites hotel and use the Atlantis facilities.
Also I imagine this will be moved to Disney Cruise lines forum.

I think you should come on over to the Cruise Board and ask your question. There are a lot of experienced cruisers there who can help you out. I would like to know about this excursion as well!
