Help With Ap & Dde

Here is the situation. We planning a surprise trip in the beginning of May. We are also going in the end of November for our annual trip. We definitly want to buy AP. Last year we had AP, but wanted to take advantage of the free dinning. So, we had to purchase one day passes. The one day passes are on a room key. I would like to exchange my one day pass toward our AP. Is there anyway to do this over the phone. I would like to get our AP before we go so we can get an AP rate for our hotel and I would like to get DDE. If I can't purchase the AP ahead of time can you purchase the DDE when you arrive? I thought I read somewhere you have to call in order the DDE about a month a head. Thanks for all the help

You can order the DDE card when you arrive. They will give you a temporary card that you pick up @ EPCOT guest services. There is some processing time so it might not be available until later that day or the next. The reason they say to order the DDE a month in advance is so it can be mailed to you.

As for your AP question, I do not know the answer. I do know that to book an AP room rate you do not have to have the AP when you book. You will be asked to provide this at check-in.

Don't worry about booking your reservation without the AP in hand. You just need it at check-in. If you're driving, just stop at a guest services location (at any park or Downtown Disney) before checking in to your hotel.

I've never tried to buy an annual passport long distance, so I'm afraid I can't help with that part of your question.
